One of my favorite things about summer is simple, fresh bite-sized food that you can organize especially when hosting. Here are meatballs that you can add to your pasta dishes, eat alone or put in gourmet sandwiches.
1,5 kg mince meat of your choice (lamb or beef)
half a medium onion finely chopped,
3 tablespoons, of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of corn flour
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley finely chopped(as much as you want ,
A pinch each of paprika, barbecue spice & mustard powder
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into bite-size balls. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry on each side for 4 minutes. Take the cooked meatballs out of the oil, and let them rest before serving with a dip of your choice.
