Experiences that have enriched my life
I went to a Model C primary school where I received the best foundation I could possibly get.
I then was chosen by my grade 7 English Teacher to go and apply for a scholarship that would see me attending one of the best schools in the country.
I went through the whole process, from writing the English and Maths tests to the psychometric tests to the psychological evaluation to the part where a decision had to be made whether I would be adopted or my parents would take legal guardianship of me and thus I would be given the opportunity to learn at one of the best schools.
Through going to Saints, I learned a great deal about myself.
I immersed myself in some of the activities. I went to many community outreach programs that greatly influenced my life.
I really got to have very interesting experiences which I doubt I would have had if I was not attending school at Saints.
I learned how important kindness and compassion are and that money may make ones life comfortable but it doesn’t necessarily make them happy nor good people nor bad people.
I loved my time at Saints and given the chance to have a redo, I would choose that because it absolutely played a significant role in shaping who I am today.
These experiences, I believe, have made me a well rounded person.
